Just For Men, part of Combe Incorporated, is a man's care brand focusing on hair color, beard care, and hair-regrowth products. They launched a brand identity in 2020 with an emphasis on their digital presence.

The Ask
Bring an overhaul to their outdated website, with a partnership with Amp Agency, who was responsible for new branding and marketing.

My Role
I was a product designer for their new eCommerce website redesign, responsible for communicating directly with the client and Amp Agency, coming up with a design system for the website, deciding on fonts/colors/themes with designers from Amp Agency, creating a wireframe and final mockups, and advising developers until the launch of the new website.
Outcome
After the successful launch, JFM saw 76% growth in subscriptions, 53% increase in revenue, 34% increase in average order value, and 16.3% increase in conversion rate (YoY).
